Step 1 — Submit a Request
Contact us through the Request a Quote form or reach out directly to discuss your project details, size, and timeline.

Step 2 — Receive Pricing & Approval
We will review your request and provide pricing and availability. Once approved, we will confirm your project details.

Step 3 — Pay Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and begin work.

Step 4 — Build Begins
Your project will be scheduled and built according to the agreed timeline.

Step 5 — Pickup or Delivery
You will be notified when your project is complete and ready for pickup or delivery.

Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on size, customization, and current workload. Rush orders may be available based on schedule for an additional fee.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and begin work. The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery.

Payments are typically processed through Square invoices for secure and convenient transactions. Other payment methods such as cash, Zelle, or Cash App may be accepted when agreed upon in advance.

Yes. Delivery is available within our service area.

Delivery fees are:

• $50 within 25 miles

• $85 within 50 miles

For freight delivery requests, please contact us for a custom rate.

We are based in Stockbridge, Georgia, and serve customers throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Pickup is available by scheduled appointment.

Yes. Most of our projects are custom-built to meet specific needs. We can adjust size, style, and features to match your event, business, or space.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Please contact us if you are looking for a refund. 

All builds are ready for assembly. Upon pickup/delivery, assembly will be demonstrated. For freight orders please contact us if you have any questions.

Yes. Pickup is available in Stockbridge, GA by scheduled appointment. Customers will receive pickup instructions once their project is ready.
